Job Description:

Recognize and act upon new business opportunities. Maintains a good relationship with existing clients while keeping an eye out for prospective clients. Converts potential clients into business partners by listening to their pain points and offering a suitable solution to their problems.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect leads through cold/warm calling;
• Build on and maintain a database of sales prospects.
• Communicates to the client about any project updates.
• Maintain and improve relationships within the existing clientele.
• Identifies client/agency needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
• Delivers creative and effective sales presentations.
• Negotiates rates based on the project's budget.
• Follows the SOP and company's best practices in order to closing new projects and deliver project to clients
• Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in the related field is preferred (creative and/or IT industry). Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong client service relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation and closing proficiency.
• Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
• Independent; self-motivated; competitive; assertive.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
